Postage Options:
Standard Delivery is available at a charge of £2.95 per order, with FREE shipping on orders over £40.00
Packages will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery*
Express Delivery is available at a charge of £7.95 per order
Packages will be sent via Royal Mail Special delivery (1pm)*
Any express orders placed before 12noon will be shipped the same working day. Orders placed after 12noon will be despatched the next working day
*Please note – We are unable to guarantee delivery times. At busy times (particularly near Christmas), deliveries can take longer than usual, so please order in plenty of time. We are also unable to act upon any specific delivery instructions, or pass them on to the carrier.
A tracking number will be obtained for all orders.
Orders will be despatched within 2 working days (not including UK Public Holidays).
Shipping is available to any UK mainland address, including Northern Ireland. We also ship to all UK Highlands and Islands, including the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Wight, and the Isles of Scilly.
If a parcel is returned to us because of failure to deliver (except where the fault is clearly ours), a charge equal to the cost of postage will need to be paid before re-sending it.

Mainland Europe Standard Delivery is available at a charge of £11.95 per order
Packages will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed Delivery
Worldwide (excluding Mainland Europe and UK) Standard Delivery is available at a charge of £19.95 per order

A tracking number will be obtained for all orders.
International orders may be subject to customs and duties/taxes which are payable by you, the customer, either before or upon receipt of the order. Rylance House Miniatures has no control over these charges, nor are we able to estimate the charge as they vary from country to country. You must check with your local Customs Department for more information or for an estimate of these charges BEFORE placing an order. Please be aware that if you do not pay the applicable import taxes/duties and the order is returned to us (or destroyed by customs) as a result then all charges incurred for the return shipping will be deducted from any refund amount due.
Please note – We are unable to estimate or guarantee international delivery times, as these can vary from country and country and may be slower at peak times. At busy times (particularly near Christmas), deliveries can take longer than usual, so please order in plenty of time. In addition, we are unable to investigate delayed deliveries. Customers will need to contact the local delivery carrier and use the tracking number provided when purchased. If a parcel is returned to us because of failure to deliver (except where the fault is clearly ours), a charge equal to the cost of postage will need to be paid before re-sending it.
Please note that delivery instructions added to your order cannot be acted upon. Our local UK carriers, and their international agents where applicable, will not guarantee to meet specific instructions and we are unable to pass them on.
